Do you offer installation?
Yes. Installation services are available through licensed independent local contractors familiar with the Border MiniSplits ELITE Series.

Installation services are performed by independent licensed contractors. Border MiniSplits is a product supplier and does not perform installation services.

Do I need a licensed installer?
In most cases, professional installation is recommended and may be required for warranty validation and local code compliance.
We strongly encourage licensed installation.
What warranty do you offer?
Our systems include manufacturer warranty coverage. Specific terms vary by component.

Do you offer contractor pricing?
Yes. We offer tiered pricing for licensed installers and repeat buyers.

Are your units DIY?
Our ELITE Series systems are professional-grade equipment designed for proper installation.
We recommend licensed installation to ensure performance, safety, and warranty protection.
What sizes do you offer?
Currently available:
- 12,000 BTU (1 Ton)
- 24,000 BTU (2 Ton)
Both are heat pump systems (cooling and heating).
Do you keep inventory locally?
Yes. We stock inventory locally in El Paso for faster availability and pickup.
What is AHRI certification?
AHRI certification verifies that the performance ratings (BTU capacity, SEER, etc.) are independently tested and validated.
This ensures the system performs as advertised.
What is ETL listing?
ETL listing confirms the system meets U.S. electrical safety standards.
