At Border MiniSplits / Prime Border Supply, we strive to provide quality HVAC equipment and customer service. Due to the nature of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, all sales are subject to the following return and refund conditions.
Return Eligibility
Customers must inspect all products immediately upon pickup or delivery.
Returns or damage claims must be reported within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the product.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

The unit must not have been installed, energized, modified, or damaged after pickup/delivery.

Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Units damaged due to improper installation or handling

Special order or clearance items

Electrical components damaged by incorrect voltage or wiring

We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned merchandise.
Shipping, labor, installation, electrical work, and related service costs are non-refundable.

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturer defects only and does not include:

Misuse or neglect
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
Pickup & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Verifying the correct unit size and voltage before purchase

Inspecting products upon pickup

Ensuring compatibility with their installation requirements
